I'm not sure if that is the case...afterall, we've been screaming that we want the game in English long enough. However, I don't see it ever being released in English version.
With that said, my stubborn side votes a yes.

There have so far been 54 ideas put into action, one of them was actually mine. EDIT: As far as game ideas, most of these were probably already planned anyway, (except for my idea of having Portal 2 on the PS3, which I posted right after the announcment that it would be XBox exclusive) But anyways, the games announced some time after share went up. Twisted Metal PS3 Kilzone 3 Ico/Shadow Of The Collossus HD Collection(This one had an overwhelming response and probably wasn't planned until the massive feedback was recieved) God Of War: Ghost Of Sparta inFamous 2(definitely not influenced by share, considering the first game ended with a cliffhanger) Sly Cooper HD Collection Final Fantasy IX on the PS Store Japanese PS1 Classics Imports on the PS Store Sonic Adventure on PS Store |

Nice to see some dedicated fans out there. Its a great game, just we don't understand whats going on when it's not in English. It's not like the others, where you don't need to know Japanese to understand whats going on (SaruSaru big Mission). |

It's not like starting a full game from scratch Fair to say certainly it's not much harder, that's just true. I think there's roadblocks though, ones that aren't quite as fair, but there all the same. I mean...it is still more difficult to properly localize a game than it is taking existing games, dumping them on a BD-ROM, and tagging on a trophy list. Not so difficult unto itself, but comparably, a little more so. The number one issue though is simply the lack of traction. Okay, so it takes a little bit more effort maybe, not too much of a setback, but its expected relative retail performance throws a wrench into things. People are simply a lot more interested in a Sly Cooper/Team ICO compilation than they are lower-profile, Japan-only PS2 games. It shouldn't be that way, but like I said...it just doesn't have as much appeal to the market at large. |

But it will be released by download, in other words, it will be remastered in 720p like God of War Series, ICO and Shadow of Colossus, exclusively for PS3. If you want it on PS2, you should hack and translate the game by yourself  |
