I think Ape Escape and Japan Studio deserve an apology from us. These are truly great games, some of the very best there are, and the last thing this series needs is more neglect. It's a damn shame this board fell into the lull it did, but hey — why leave it there? Let's see if we can't get the conversation going again by figuring out where the franchise and this little community stands two months later.
Of course you'd want to start with the newest installment, supposedly seeing release stateside soon! It's February now...and there's really next to nothing indicating the American release. There are only two interesting tidbits at the moment, below....

This first is interesting, as it seems to provide us with the title you'd assume would be used for the American release. Ape Escape On the Move. All the more interesting as it seems to be lifted from what was the tentative title of the game now known as Playstation Move Heroes. The second is very puzzling...perhaps a strategy guide for the game? Although the price would seem to suggest otherwise, and it's available right now. I hope ApeClub or someone can shed some light on all of this...whatever's going on, the game is supposed to be out in days, with no sight of it.
Okay, so we know what's going on with Fury! now. All these other questions still remain unanswered though.- Apparently the original Ape Escape is seeing rerelease in Europe, with Million Monkeys coming later in the year. To clarify a couple of things: These are PAL region games, both of them? Is there anyway for Americans to get ahold of some copies? And how does anyone, European or otherwise, get them? Which leads to the next update....
- Exactly which website is ApeClub's current base of operations? It's not very clear. The co.cc domain was supposed to replace the yolasite, but the yolasite has the newest update. And then there's the site where fans were told to purchase the AE1 rerelease and MM;; the "flash site", presumably www.ape-club.com.
- And last but not least, the new AE game! It was supposed to be announced January 10th! What's it going to be? Any connection to the appeal ApeClub made for user-input on an anniversary game?
